The LCEC United Way Golf Tournament held in October at Coral Oaks Golf Course in Cape Coral was a huge success, more than $27,000 for the United Way. This is more than four times the amount raised at the 2008 LCEC golf tournament! A record breaking 122 golfers participated! This year’s event had 17 corporate sponsors, 37 hole sponsors and numerous prize donations. First Place went to the Alert One Fire team.
