We’re in uncertain times, but what’s certain is LCEC won’t stop delivering the same reliable electricity that keeps our communities going. From hospitals to essential businesses to those at home, LCEC is here for you!
As we continue to navigate COVID-19, there are two very important things LCEC wants our customers to know:
1. LCEC is here for our residential and business customers in this time of need.
2. LCEC will continue to deliver safe, reliable electricity at the lowest possible rate.
The Department of Homeland Security has listed power providers as critical infrastructure. LCEC takes our role very seriously. We know the importance of continuing to deliver safe, reliable electricity at the lowest possible rate.
LCEC has extensive plans in place that are reviewed throughout the year to ensure we meet the energy needs of all customers and communities. You may notice LCEC employees and contractors working in the community, performing work such as tree trimming, executing hardening projects, installing Generlink™ and checking on equipment. This work is essential to keep operations running smoothly as we approach storm season. Please support their efforts by practicing appropriate social distancing and know that they will extend the same courtesy to you.
