Charges on the electric bill related to the delivery of electricity or specific member costs are broken down by line item. Some charges are monthly fixed costs covering maintaining the account and delivery of service regardless of usage. Other charges are applicable for situations related to member requests or billing due dates.

A monthly fixed charge to cover the costs of the minimum equipment required to provide the customer with connectivity to the electric grid, regardless of energy usage.
