Please note that LCEC uses Sunbiz to verify authorized agents before processing a start service request. Please make sure your business is registered on Sunbiz or other State or Federal Business Registration listings, or have a copy of your Articles of Incorporation available.
Additionally, please note that you are required to verify the current/previous owner at the service location, or the meter number at the property. Please have this information available to enter on the Start Service page to ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible.
If the power is currently disconnected:
- The main breaker must be in the off position before power can be reconnected.
- A completed inspection from the city or county in which the service address is located may be required.
Start Service Fees:
A $30 start-service fee will be charged to connect or transfer service. For additional information about fees and charges, click here.
Deposit:
